The Story
I had recently moved across the U.S. to finally get out of my hometown, leaving behind my family and friends. One person this especially impacted was my grandma, who asked me for help with things like moving softener salt into her basement. It wasn’t until I moved out here that I realized my grandma doesn’t have many people around her that are as able bodied as I am. Thus, I wanted a way my grandma could get help with something like moving softener salt into the basement or moving snow off the driveway, therefore, Side Quest was made.
The Goal of Side Quest
I wanted a place that people with smaller, achievable projects could come and have a safe spot to get help with tasks that they are unable to perform themselves. From the guy that just moved across country and has no one to help move in, to the handyman that wants more things to work on, there is plenty of room for people of all types to take on side quests.
How It Works
The Quest Host creates a side quest. That side quest is then reviewed to assess the achievability of said quest. Once approved, the side quest becomes available to the Questors. The side quest is then carried out by a Questor. Once sufficiently completed, the Questor receives their reward.
